Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. grated onion
1 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. sausage
1 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1 egg
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Preparation

Saute onions in butter.
Place into bowl with other ingredients.
Mix until smooth.
Shape into small meatballs.
Fry.
