Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
10 oz. spinach (frozen), drained and thawed
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

In 9 x 13-inch pan, melt butter,
then beat eggs.
Mix together with flour, milk, salt and baking powder.
Then add spinach and cheese.
Mix together.
Pour into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
