Sour Cream Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising corn meal
1/2 c. salad or vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 small can cream-style corn
1 small carton sour cream (8 oz.)
Preparation

Mix meal, oil, eggs and corn; fold in sour cream.
Pour into greased pan and bake at 425\u00b0 for around 20 minutes.
Test in the middle with a toothpick to be sure it's done.
