Ingredients

3 eggs
1 rounded c. sugar
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. milk
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 heaping tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add sugar, cream and milk.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Roll on floured board.
Cut with doughnut cutter.
Fry in hot deep fat.
