Salmon Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    1 1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover and microwave on High 5 minutes. Stir.
    Cover and microwave on High until rice is done or tender, 6 to 7 minutes longer.
    Stir before serving.
    Put Velveeta cheese on or in for something different.
