Italian Love Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box chocolate cake
2 lb. Ricotta cheese
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding
1 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 large Cool Whip or more
Preparation

Make cake mix as directed.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix Ricotta cheese, eggs and vanilla until creamy.
Spread on top of cake and bake for 55 minutes at 325\u00b0.
