Italian Supper Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/3 c. instant rice
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 envelope French's spaghetti sauce mix
1 1/2 c. hot water
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation

In skillet, melt butter.
Stir in rice and ground beef.
Cook, stirring constantly, until meat is brown.
Remove from heat; stir in spaghetti sauce mix, then water and tomato sauce.
Return to heat.
