Ingredients

6 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 qt. whipping cream
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
Preparation

In bowl, beat eggs.
Add sugar, salt and vanilla gradually. Add whipping cream and milk.
Put into ice cream freezer.
Crank 20 to 30 minutes.
Use salt and ice as needed to freeze.
