Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    2 cups grated cheddar cheese
    1 carton (1 pint) sour cream
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with skins on. Boil until tender.
    Peel and grate.
    Salt to taste. Cook margarine and cheese together in a large pan until melted. Add sour cream. Stir well.
    Stir in potatoes until well mixed.
    Pour into buttered casserole. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
