Sodsuppe(Sweet Soup) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

raisins
prunes
regular or large tapioca
choice of fruits and juice
1 lemon
cinnamon to taste (optional)
jello or pie mix (such as cherry can be used)
Preparation

Cook raisins, prunes and large tapioca until well cooked and in a little more water than you would ordinarily use.
Then add any combination of canned fruit and juice you like such as apricots, raspberries, sweet cherries or strawberries (fresh or frozen are good).
After bringing to a boil again, add a few thin slices of lemon.
Boil for 1 to 2 minutes.
May be eaten warm or cold, as a dessert or excellent for persons who are ill and haven't much appetite.
