Pineapple Cheese Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. celery
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into a 1-quart mold.
Chill until firm. Serves 8.
