Beef Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) jar chunk salsa
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 c. crushed tortilla chips
1 c. frozen corn
2 c. Co-Jack cheese
lettuce
tomatoes, chopped
black olives
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown meat; drain and stir in salsa, corn, dressing and chili powder.
Layer 1/2 each of meat, chips and cheese in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Repeat layers.
Bake 20 minutes or until well heated.
Top with lettuce, chopped tomatoes and sliced olives.
