Rhubarb Dump Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. rhubarb
3 oz. box strawberry gelatin
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 yellow cake mix
15 1/2 oz. can pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 c. water or strawberry juice
1 stick oleo
Preparation

Heat pineapple until boiling.
Add cornstarch and water, cooking until thickened.
Add sugar and gelatin; set aside. Butter a 3-quart baking dish.
Line with rhubarb.
Pour pineapple sauce over rhubarb.
Pour dry cake mix over fruit and pat down. Cut oleo in small pieces.
Spread over cake mix.
Bake for 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 12.
