Russian Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. corn muffin mix
12 oz. creamed corn
3 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. bell pepper, cooked slightly
Preparation

Mix 1/2 the cheese and all the other ingredients together. Put remaining cheese on top of batter and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. You should use an iron skillet for this recipe.
