Rich White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 eggs
    5 1/2 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk, sugar, salt and margarine.
    Dissolve yeast.
    Add yeast, eggs, and 2 3/4 cups flour; beat with spoon.
    Add flour, a little bit a a time.
    Turn onto lightly floured board and let rest 10 minutes.
    Knead until smooth and elastic, 8 to 10 minutes. Roll into ball.
    Put in greased bowl and cover.
    Let rise 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down and let rise again.
    Turn onto board and shape into loaves.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
