Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. venison meat
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. liquid smoke
3 drops Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2/3 tsp. garlic powder
2/3 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Cut meat with grain in 1/2-inch strips.
Mix other ingredients to make marinade.
Submerge meat in marinade for 24 hours in refrigerator.
Place meat strips on oven rack in oven and cook for 8 hours at 150\u00b0.
Use foil to catch the drippings.
Store in airtight containers.
Will keep a year.
