Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 small onion, diced
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation
    Break
    salmon apart with fork;\tremove\tany
    bones
    and skin. Add egg, onion, pepper, milk
    and
    water
    and mix well. Add bread crumbs and mix.
    Place
    mixture in greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
