No-Sugar Date Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. orange flavoring
10 pitted dates, chopped fine
2 or 3 c. pecans
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. apple juice
2 scoops shortening, melted
5 packets Sweet 'N Low
Preparation

Mix and bake in cast-iron skillets at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown.
Makes two 10-inch skillets.
