Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 c. catsup or tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
Preparation
    Mix well and mold into 5 to 6 patties.
    Put in casserole. Cover with Sauce.
