Lemon Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 egg yellows
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. milk
    3 egg whites
Preparation
    Beat together whole egg and yolks until foamy.
    Mix sugar, salt and flour in top of double boiler.
    Add egg yolks, lemon rind, lemon juice and milk.
    Cook about 10 minutes or until mixture thickens.
    Pour mixture in baked pastry; beat egg whites and bake meringue until light brown.
