Chicken Caroline - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boned chicken breasts
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pkg. chicken flavor stuffing
butter
1 large onion
Preparation

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in casserole dish.
Place chicken on the melted butter; add salt and pepper.
Cut onion into slices and place on chicken.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of sliced onion.
Top with stuffing.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
