Barbecue Kabob - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground lamb or beef
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. milk
    1 onion, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 bunch parsley, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    You will need wooden skewers.
