Oven-Fried Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 rib pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
1 (1 3/8 oz.) pkg. seasoned coating mix for pork
Preparation

Coat chops according to package directions.
In paper towel lined oblong baking dish, arrange chops, ribs toward center.
Heat 15 to 16 1/2 minutes on power level 7, turning chops over once and rotating dish once.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
