Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar and then remaining ingredients.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake 50 minutes at 300\u00b0.
