Skillet Corned Beef And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    5 c. shredded cabbage
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute potatoes in oil in a large skillet, stirring often until tender and browned, about 10 minutes.
    Add onion and saute for 1 minute more.
    Add cabbage, corned beef, caraway seed, salt and pepper.
    Mix ingredients well.
    Lower heat, cover skillet and cook for 12 to 15 minutes until hot and lightly browned on bottom.
