Golden Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cook carrots with 1/2 teaspoon salt in a small amount of water until tender; drain.
    Combine carrots and oleo in blender and blend until smooth.
    Add eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder and vanilla; blend well.
    Spoon mixture into a greased casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
