Ingredients

5 c. cooked, sliced carrots (coins)
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion (purple)
2/3 c. sugar
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine carrots, green pepper and onion in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Pour over vegetables. Chill thoroughly. Serve cold.
