Ingredients

1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. margarine
1 c. oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a large bowl, beat the sugar, powdered sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
Add oil, vanilla and eggs; blend well. Stir in flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt; mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours for easier handling.
