Baked Rice Pudding(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. rice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Put all ingredients in a buttered baking dish and stir to blend.
    Bake for 3 1/2 hours, stirring 3 times in the first hour of baking so the rice doesn't settle. Good served with whipped cream.
