Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. boneless chuck
6 medium onions, cubed
3 carrots, cubed
3 green peppers, cubed
1 bottle chili sauce
1 small bottle catsup
1 small jar garlic powder
3 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a large pot on top of stove.
Cook at low temperature for about 4 or 5 hours or until meat is stringy. Mash further with potato masher.
If too much liquid, strain. Serve on hard rolls.
