Eye Of Round Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. ground oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven for 30 minutes at 500\u00b0.
    Remove all fat from roast and rub with 1 tablespoon cooking oil.
    Combine all ingredients and sprinkle on roast at room temperature.
    Cook 5 minutes per pound and then turn off oven and leave for 2 hours.
    Do not open oven door.
