Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage
    2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Break up sausage and brown.
    Pour off drippings.
    Place croutons in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle cheese over croutons.
    Place sausage on top of cheese.
    Beat eggs, 2 1/2 cups milk and mustard; pour over sausage.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Just before baking, combine soup and 1/2 cup milk. Pour over egg layer.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
