Zucchini Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 medium zucchini
    1 pkg. carrots
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. croutons
    1 large onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and carrots until tender; drain.
    Saute onions in butter.
    Add chicken soup, sour cream and 3/4 of the croutons.
