Russian Tea Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs (may substitute 4 egg whites)
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine all ingredients and mix well by hand. Do not use a mixer. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool before serving.
