Baby Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 jars plums (strained baby food)
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. Wesson oil (no substitute)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add eggs; mix.
    Add oil, vanilla and plums.
    Beat with mixer until smooth; add nuts.
    Bake in tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Prunes can be substituted for plums.
    Very good with caramel icing.
