Individual Cherry Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    12 vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Place foil liner in muffin pan.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
    Add eggs.
    Beat until well blended and creamy.
    Put 1 wafer in each foil liner. Pour over vanilla wafer (3/4 full) cheese mix.
    Bake 25 minutes; let cool.
    Top with any pie filling (cherry, jam, chocolate shavings, etc.).
