Peanut Butter Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz.) c. peanut butter chips
    1 1/2 c. margarine
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped peanuts
    1/2 c. chocolate mini chips (real chocolate)
Preparation
    Lightly butter 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread 1 cup peanut butter chips evenly over bottom of pan; set aside.
    In 2 1/2-quart pan, melt butter; add sugar, corn syrup and water.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to hard crack stage (300\u00b0 to 310\u00b0). Remove from heat; stir in peanuts.
    Immediately spread mixture evenly into prepared pan, being careful not to disturb chips. Quickly sprinkle remaining peanut butter chips and chocolate chips over candy.
    Cool completely.
    (I put it in refrigerator).
    Break into small pieces and store in tightly covered container.
