Chili Mac - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
1 c. kidney beans
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/8 tsp. pepper or to taste
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
4 oz. elbow macaroni
Preparation

Brown ground beef, green pepper and onion in oil in a skillet. Add tomato and kidney beans.
Combine salt, pepper, chili powder, sugar, vinegar and water.
Stir into meat mixture.
Add dry macaroni and mix well.
Cook on high until steaming freely, then simmer for 40 minutes.
