Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cut steak in short, narrow strips and toss with soy sauce. Brown on 1 side in oil.
    Add green pepper.
    Stir and cook until meat is browned.
    Combine water and cornstarch.
    Add to meat and cook until peppers are tender and sauce is thickened.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
