Chocolate Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
    1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 c. sifted pastry flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. orange juice
    3 egg whites, whipped stiff
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a double boiler, melt the chocolate. In a bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, baking powder and flour.
    In another bowl, cream the butter with the sugar until very light.
    Add dry ingredients and the orange juice, alternating 1/3 of each at a time.
    Blend in the melted chocolate.
    Fold in the egg whites.
