Cheesy Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    hash browns
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 2/3 c. hot water
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2/3 c. milk
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Stir in water, margarine and hash browns. Heat to boiling over high heat until margarine is melted.
    Reduce heat to medium high, press beef and hash browns down evenly.
    Cook uncovered, do not turn or stir until liquid is absorbed and bottom is brown.
    Cut small sections and turn sections to continue browning.
    Press firmly and continue cooking about 2 minutes or until brown.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir milk and cheese together and pour over the top.
    Do not mix together.
