Taco Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie crusts
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 pkg. taco mix
    1 (8 oz.) jar picante sauce
    1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can Ro-Tel chili peppers, drained
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions.
    Drain and put in a large bowl.
    Add taco mix, picante sauce and tomato paste, mixing well.
    Put 1/2 of the mixture in each pie crust.
