Quick Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cakes yeast or use dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    3 c. unbleached white flour
    2 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Heat milk to lukewarm; add oil, honey and salt.
    Stir together and add whole wheat flour.
    Add yeast and eggs; beat well.
    Let rise in warm place 15 minutes. Punch down; add remaining flour and knead for a few minutes.
    Pat out to 12-inch square and cut into 2-inch squares.
    Place on greased baking sheet.
    Cover and let rise in warm place 10 minutes.
    Bake 12 minutes at 425\u00b0.
