Artichoke Heart Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni
    2 jars artichoke hearts (save oil from the artichokes)
    2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped bell peppers (red and green)
    12 to 18 large green olives or black, cut in slices
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Prepare the rice.
    Add the next 4 ingredients to the rice. Combine the mayonnaise and the oil from the artichokes and blend well.
    Add to the rice mixture.
    Chill and serve garnished with sliced tomato wedges and black olives.
