Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. plain flour
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Mix shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Sift together flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
    Stir in shortening.
    Drop into mixture of 3 tablespoon sugar and 2 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
