Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese (16 oz.)
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients with beater until smooth.
    Pour in 8-inch round pan, greased.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    After, turn off oven and let pan sit in oven for 1 hour.
    Remove and cool.
    Then refrigerate.
