Penuchi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. brown sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts (butternuts or walnuts)
Preparation
    Boil sugar and milk a few minutes.
    Then add butter and boil until it forms a soft ball in water. Remove from stove and stir until it begins to grain.
    Then add nut meats and vanilla.
    Pour on a buttered pan and cool.
