Burnt Sugar Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. water
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Put 1/4 cup sugar in a heavy skillet over low heat. Stir until melted and a deep brown color.
Add water slowly while stirring. Cool.
