Flank Steak Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. flank steak (ask butcher to tenderize or lightly score)
    1/3 c. shoyu
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    ginger
    garlic
Preparation
    Soak overnight.
    Cook over hibachi.
    Cut cross grain on a slant and into thin slices.
