Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot or highly seasoned bulk sausage
3 1/2 c. commercial biscuit mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp shredded cheese
Preparation

Combine all ingredients with hands.
Shape into small balls. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes about 100 cocktail size balls.
